| Anyone living in
our practice area is welcome to
register with us.
It is helpful if you
can bring your medical card when you
register.
When registering you will be given a
questionnaire to fill in and will be
asked to make an appointment with
one of the practice nurses for a
brief medical. This will take no
more than 10 minutes of your time.
Please bring a urine specimen with
you. You may also be invited to meet
your new doctor before your
registration is complete.
