If you require
regular treatment, you will be given
a counterfoil with details of your
medication on it.
Please tick the items you require
and place the counterfoil in the red
box provided in the foyer, or post
it to us including a stamped
addressed envelope if you wish us to
post it back to you.
It takes 2 working
days to process repeat
prescriptions.
We regret that we cannot accept
telephone requests for repeat
prescriptions.
We offer online repeat prescription
ordering as well as ‘repeat
dispensing’ which allows up to 12
months of prescriptions to be
authorised at your local pharmacy.
